When you join me in a public class it's not a workout, it's an experience. I want you to feel safe, seen, and valued in my classes and that's why I plan every practice with care so that it can be adjusted to the needs of each individual student.
From the opening meditation, to the gentle warm up, dynamic flow, and peaceful Savasana, each yoga class is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
