I believe that a home practice is essential to truly living a yoga lifestyle, but an in person practice with physical connection can elevate your yoga to a whole new level.

When you join me in a public class it's not a workout, it's an experience. I want you to feel safe, seen, and valued in my classes and that's why I plan every practice with care so that it can be adjusted to the needs of each individual student.

From the opening meditation, to the gentle warm up, dynamic flow, and peaceful Savasana, each yoga class is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. 


The best students are the ones who show up to their mat with vulnerability. Ready and willing to let go of expectation and to receive the lessons that the practice has to offer them that day.
